You get the machine, the setup, the expertise, plus all the extras like extension cords, cups, straws, and if you want it, add-ons like toppings bar, custom cups, and signage. It's perfect if you want to throw an epic event without signing up for appliance ownership and cleanup duty.

Short answer: maybe! If you're throwing an event with 50+ people, like a wedding or big retirement party, or your crew's the type to go through multiple slushies per person per hour — the big machines might be the better fit. And that's totally ok. We're built and priced for smaller gatherings (baby showers, birthday parties, girls nights, block parties, backyard bbq's), where the other guys charge $200+ per machine because they handle high-volume events. Here's the real difference though: most big rental companies run on syrups. We're proud to offer our own drink blends made with real fruit juices, alongside the traditional slush mix concentrates. If you want something fresher and more flavorful for your small gathering, we're your crew.

We arrive an hour before your party kicks off to drop off the machine, set everything up, and answer any questions you have. Then you get four full hours of slushie time with your guests. At the end of the four hours, we swing by to pick it up. Total time commitment from you? Zero cleanup. We handle all of it.

Machines run on standard household power. Using a generator or battery to power the machine is against our contract — doing so will result in a $500 fine to cover equipment replacement. Just don't risk it.

Rentals cover the equipment and setup. Alcohol is not included (legally, we can't sell it!). Premium drink blends and slush mixes are both available as paid add-ons — ask when you submit your booking inquiry and we'll quote it.

Yes, of course you can. That said, we highly recommend purchasing our drink mixes. We've spent time perfecting each recipe to nail down the taste, ratios, and temperature settings for these specific machines and quantities. Our premium drink blends come with all the ingredients you need and easy-to-follow instructions — so you don't have to stress about getting it right on the day of your party. Everything is dialed in and ready to go.

At least 2 weeks ahead is ideal, especially for summer weekends. We'll still try to make last-minute requests work when we can.

Extra time is $20 for every additional 2 hours. Just tell us how long you need in the booking form and we'll build it into your quote.

Yes, a deposit secures your date. It's fully refunded at pickup as long as the equipment comes back in good shape.

We ask for at least one week's notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancel with less notice and we'll have to charge the full rental price. That said, life happens. If you need to reschedule, we'll work with you to find a new date at a discounted rate.
